SCO vs Linux Developments


A few interesting stories on the continuing SCO vs. Linux battle:

The first article has a quote which I think sums the whole thing up:

Mark Radcliffe, an intellectual property lawyer with Gray Cary in Palo Alto, Calif., said the development suggested that the dispute over Linux's origins would probably drag on even longer until the courts sorted out who owned what. "What you have,'' he said, "is two companies that say they own the same copyright."

Ugh! I have to hand it to Novell. This is more life than I've seen out of them for years.
